Tribes, Inc. seeks a dynamic and experienced Head of Growth to lead our community participation and user acquisition efforts — building a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and solving them to drive sustainable, scalable growth. As the leader of this critical function, you will be responsible for designing and executing a data-driven growth strategy spanning channels of your choosing, like community engagement,  company partnerships, product-driven virality, and brand and content marketing.
The ideal candidate is highly proactive and resilient, an  exceptional communicator and  leader, with experience executing a portfolio of measurably-successful growth initiatives (and fail-forward attempts).
This role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the product and engineering teams to bring the company's vision to life. You'll lead our existing growth team and execute day-to-day initiatives that will take our company to new heights. We’re early, and this influential role will have a huge impact at our fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key players in the industry and relevant communities
Actively promote the product and brand to drive awareness and action.
Create and implement a multi-channel growth strategy in collaboration with the product team
Take a hands-on approach to execute the growth plan you define, leading by example and inspiring other team members to do the same.
Leverage the full range of resources available, including founders, investors, agencies, and consultants
Foster a collaborative, user-centric culture where all team members contribute to the company's success
Identify and articulate market insights (qualitative and quantitative)Design and bring to market viral loops, activations, and promotions
Act as the key point of contact between customers and engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and addressing any feedback or issues from the community and partners

Requirements

3+ years of experience growing consumer-facing products
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong understanding of the web3 and crypto industry and relevant trends
Extremely self-motivated and able to work independently
A sense of ownership and pride in your work
