The Role
Drive rapid prototyping and experimentation, championing a data-driven approach to validate assumptions, optimize performance, and deliver game-changing innovations
Continuously explore emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our product stays ahead of the curve, setting new standards for excellence and disruption
Work closely with the founding team to shape the technological vision and strategy of our groundbreaking product
Spearhead the development of our platform, leveraging your full-stack expertise to build scalable and resilient backend systems, as well as intuitive and responsive frontend interfaces
Act as a technical leader and mentor, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and relentless iteration within the engineering team
You’ll be a great fit if…
4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong foundation in both backend and frontend technologies
Experience and/or interest in using prototyping techniques to quickly validate ideas
Previous experience as a startup founder, an early-stage employee, or incubating 0 to 1 products within bigger companies is a strong plus
Previous experience in AdTech and/or Web3 product development is a strong plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Build an LLM AI powered engine to auto-generate quests for our customers to reduce their work
Build a engage-to-earn promotional messaging channel between dApps and wallets
Build a gamified token distribution protocol to democratize Blur-like Airdrops for all projects
Build intercom like embeddable questing widget that our customers can easily plug-into their website
Generate NFT badges as rewards for completing quests on the portal
