Our team has decades of collective experience in building onboarding and adoption workflows. We also have deep empathy with the internal Success and Growth teams who have limited resources in experimenting with and shaping these product experiences. That's why we're building Bento, to give modern software companies the system to design engaging and collaborative adoption workflows, without needing to build or maintain it in-house.
Now, Bento is hiring our first marketer to shape how we talk to our customers and prospects, and to increase awareness of the incredible product we’ve built. As our first marketer, you will help define our messaging, our go-to-market strategy and oversee execution of content and distribution. This is an opportunity to own multiple marketing areas, including product positioning and launches, content strategy, and sales enablement.
Bento is backed by top investors including Y Combinator and General Catalyst, and is fully distributed. This role is remote and open to anyone working within EST or PST timezones.
👋 Responsibilities
Design and launch innovative demand gen campaigns to grow the sales pipeline.
Craft and execute digital campaigns including working with freelancers to create relevant content.
Build a multi-channel marketing strategy, including content, digital, inbound, ABM, and more.
Craft customer case studies and produce sales enablement materials.
Improve our inbound funnel with website optimizations and landing pages.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align our product and positioning to create a compelling and cohesive story for our customers and prospects.
📝 Skills & cultural fit
3+ years of experience in growth marketing or product marketing at a B2B software company. Experiences across both are a huge plus.
Familiar with working in small teams at early stage startups. Not only are you comfortable wearing multiple hats, you’d be bored without it.
Ability to step back and see the bigger picture while holding a high bar of quality for execution.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content on your own, and through effectively managing freelancers.
Prior experience being held accountable to quantitative results
