Job Description

We are looking for a detailed oriented Business Development Lead- Bids who is an exceptional project manager and strategic thinker.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Bid Management:
Lead and manage the entire bid process from initial opportunity identification to submission, working closely with the BD team and local partners.
Develop and implement bid strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
Ensure timely delivery of bids by coordinating with internal teams and external bid partners.
Service Fee Calculation:
Determine appropriate service fees for bids in collaboration with BD team and local partner to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
Marketing Material Development:
Create and maintain up-to-date presentations, pitch decks, and other marketing materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of Atlys’s products and services.
Develop compelling content that highlights the company’s strengths and differentiators in the technology sector.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BD, product, ops to develop comprehensive bid responses.
Engage with external partners and subcontractors as needed to strengthen bid proposals.
Website Management:
Oversee the content and updates for the company website to ensure it reflects the latest product offerings, case studies, and client success stories.
Post-Bid Activities:
Participate in post-bid reviews and debriefs to gather feedback and improve future bid processes.
Track and report on bid outcomes and performance metrics.
Experience and Skills you MUST have:
Proven experience in bid management, business development, or sales within the tech industry, preferably dealing with government entities.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and compelling proposals.
Strong analytical and research skills to gather and interpret market data and client requirements.
Experience with creating and managing presentations, pitch decks, and other marketing materials.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Consulting experience with firms like McKinsey, Bain, or BCG is a significant advantage.
