Airtable is on a mission to put no-code AI in the hands of citizen developers around the world. Our AI capabilities are used by companies ranging from global enterprises like AWS through to small businesses transforming their entire operations on our platform.

As Product Marketing Manager for AI, you’ll drive the overall go-to-market motion for Airtable’s AI products, in close partnership with peers in Product, Marketing, and Sales.

What you'll do

  • Develop core positioning and messaging for Airtable’s AI products that cuts through the competitive noise.
  • Launch new AI capabilities with clear and creative executions.
  • Inspire our builder community to build sophisticated solutions with AI that solve impactful business problems.
  • Partner with Enablement to uplevel our customer-facing teams with knowledge and confidence on fast-moving AI capabilities.
  • Collect customer proof points and examples around killer use cases for AI in Airtable.
  • Apply the AI lens to our core use case focus areas, such as Product Management and Marketing Operations.
  • Navigate the complexity of security and safety concerns in the enterprise to drive AI adoption with our largest customers.
  • Evolve Airtable’s AI pricing & packaging model.

Who you are

  • At least 5+ years of direct Product Marketing experience
  • Go-to-market & Cross-functional partnership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to bring new products to market, close deals, and learn from customers.
  • Technical sensibility: You don’t necessarily have a technical background, but you love experimenting with new tools and you have a personal interest in AI.
  • Strong collaborator: track record of working effectively with partners in Product, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication: Able to crisply articulate a vision for an Airtable that resonates with internal stakeholders like sales and marketing, and inspires customers to implement Airtable solutions.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: We are in the early days of the AI era, so must be comfortable breaking new ground on processes and principles in delivering those solutions.

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:
$196,000$277,600 USD
